The design for the flyer for the local Goth night. I did it last year, and am honoured to have been allowed to do it again this year! :D

I took inspiration from a drawing by Erte, because his work is incredible. I went for a more traditional gothic feel for it, too, with only the minimum of my usual cybery shite.

Hope you all like it. It's © me, as usual. Please don't nick it. Cheers.

I love the curls and joining lines on the bottom of the dress and the cat's tail :D

I had to work really hard to make it un-stereotypical and boring. I want it to draw the eye by being stark and clean and unusual. :)

I have honestly no idea how it came out so clean. I just... I have no idea. My lineart's usually all horribly artifacted and stuff. maybe because of all the postwork on Photoshop? Not sure. Either way, thank you! :)

ohh I love it.

the clean and simple coloring job helps pop the subject matter. (isn't everyone's goal to be as pale white as the color white??) A simple yet intriging peice that get the message across and keeps the viewer entertianed.

Cats with sharp teeth and bones for hair accesories are for the win :heart:
